Originally from Long Island, NY, SLOWKEY, is the first in her immediate family to graduate from college. She graduated with a degree in Marketing & Management Information Systems from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She was inducted by the American Marketing Association, National Society of Collegiate Scholars & a consistent Dean’s List student.

She obtained a scholarship to the Fox School of Business for a successful & well-rounded track record including 12 scholarships & awards from her high school in community service, business management & leadership. In '08 she placed top 16 at the International DECA competition for her international business proposal & presentation. She was also VP of the business club, won "Business Student of the Year", an athlete, NYSMA awarded musician, actor & nominated "Most Outgoing" & "Most All Around" of her graduating class

Produced the company’s first block party, Earth Love Festival & procured & fostered major brand, hotel, festival & corporate partnerships.
